Water Rates:
Monthly water rates are:
RES (Residential) $17.00 per month SEN (62+) $14.00 per month BUS (Business) $25.00 per month
In addition to the monthly rate; $2.00 per 1,000 gallons will be used to compute a usage rate.
Sewer Rates:

In addition to the monthly rate; $3.00 per 1,000 gallons will be used to compute a usage rate.

Garbage Collection
The Village of Andalusia has a contract with Jackson Disposal for all garbage collection. The cost for this service will be added to your Water and Sewer bill. Currently the collection is set for Monday mornings. You are asked to have your containers placed curbside no later than 7:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please contact the Village Clerk at 798-2215.
Yard waste bags with yard waste stickers are collected from the curbside. Yard waste bags and stickers may be purchased at the Village Hall. Call for purchasing information 798-2215.
Recycling bins are available at the Village Hall. Curbside pick-up is Monday. Residents may also use the countywide drop-off sites. Information can be obtained by calling the Village Clerk at 798-2215 or visit Rock Island County Wast Management Agence
The Rock Island County Waste Management Agency (RICWMA) provides information on recycling and waste disposal. (RICWMA) also sponsors countywide drop-off sites for electronic recycling, household hazardous waste disposal, used tire and appliance recycling.
